Google My Business Analytics General Question

When looking at the analytics for my business, the numbers are quite high, but I'm not sure if they're something I should be paying attention to. When someone searches for my business, Harlan Graphic Arts Services, Inc., and only uses harlan to search with - does that count for me and for all other pages that pop up under "harlan"?

Thank you,

Kyle

Hi @Kyle J

So in search you have Direct and Discovery.

Direct is when they have used your full name.

Discovery is from a variety of searches, partial name, service and location, just service, etc

But crucially, they will have clicked on  your business either within local pack or maps to see more info, this will have resulted in the number count.

I find it easier to export the insights data to get a clearer picture.

This is a new insights only launched a few weeks back, so hopefully it will improve over time.
