A business is a dedicated seller of "VIP"  (a telecommunication company). Their legal name is  Matrix LTD. They say they would like to name themselves VIP Center Matrix + City Name. The city name is not allowed. However, I need help with the rest of the name.

The applicable guidelines are here:

However, if the business location is an authorized and fully dedicated seller of the branded product or service (sometimes known as a "franchisee"), you may use the underlying brand name when creating the page.

  • Acceptable: "TCC Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer", "U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer"

So, should the locations be names: Matrix VIP Wireless Retailer or?

Hi Emir,
What does the signage say in the storefront?
How are other franchisees named?
The example from the guidelines is rather specific, typically, in the USA at least, the franchises just have the name of the franchiser and the franchisee legal business name are nowhere in the signage.

Why wouldn't they just call themselves VIP Center if they are solely retailers for that telecom company?
