Hello,

 

 

I really need help, when I'm trying to change the business address of my business listing, it's failed to save. What happen? What I'm going to do? Please help..

Sorry, but it is impossible to say why that is happening without any information.
Could you please provide the business name and the former and current addresses.
Please, provide also a screen capture of the My Business dashboard after making the change of address edit but before submitting it,

Try to sign out and sign in from a different browser and retry.

Please help us with our Textbook Brokers UNR business page, the hours will not update.  We need to change our weekend hours to 8:00 am - 6:00 pm and our Weekday hours to 8:00 am - 11:00 pm.  I am the page owner and the page is verified.

 

Each time I try to upload the screen shots into this message I recieve the following "Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit the message when you are satisfied.'

Please start your own thread.
This allows us to keep the forum organized and gives you the attention you need.
This ( https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Google-My-Business/ct-p/GMB ) is our top level Community--from there, you can click into the board title that is most applicable for your issue. Once you're in an individual board, you can click on the red/pink + sign in the lower right corner of the screen to start a new topic.
