Exclamation Mark instead of photo in G+ album
Our business page (which I'm making updates to) has a few (empty) photos marked as Exclamation Marks. These photos have no delete option. We have no Picassa account that I'm aware of (logged into Picassa, and it asked to create an account, so I assume that means there's none associated with this Google account).
Example of a photo: https://plus.google.com/photos/at/105777778345839397089
Photos album (showing multiple such): https://plus.google.com/photos/at/105777778345839397089
When I try to manage photos from My Business, they of course aren't there to edit/delete. Only the legitimate photos are there.
I've seen others in the past complaining about this issue, but didn't see any resolutions.
Thanks for any help you can offer.
Re: Exclamation Mark instead of photo in G+ album
Hi @Trattore M
These exclamation mark images are left over from when a photo was deleted. Usually they should disappear as the various servers are updated across the world but sometimes they stay there for some reason.
The only way to get rid of them now is to contact support via one of the options at: https://support.google.com/business/contactflow and ask them to remove the ghost images.
