Error message when adding our clients as managers to GMB through a brand email address
When we attempt to invite our clients to a GMB listing that we have set up with a branded email, we get this message. "unable to invite managers because this brand account is blocked"
Does anyone know a solution for this?

I'm not quite sure Lisa understanding you
is the actual GMB listing based on a google account (set up with a branded email) or are the people to get invited as manager using such a branded email
And what do you get in your dashboard for the listing in question if selecting "Manage users" as per my screenshot:
