Duplicate of another, tried changing ownership

I really need some help. I had an old office pinned and closed it but it is still saying that my new office is a duplicate of another. I tried changing some information associated with the offices to make them appear different and that hasn't worked. I changed ownership from one google account to another and that hasn't helped. I am not sure what to try next. Thank you in advance!

Please include the following with your question for the old and new location:
1. Full business name
2. Current business address
3. Current telephone number

I'm so sorry! The phone number and website are the same for both locations.
The only difference are the locations-405 Allegheny Ave, Towson, MD 21204
(new) vs. 312 West Chesapeake Ave, Towson. MD 21204 (old).

Thank you for the help!

if the phone numbers are the same this will triiger the "duplicating" issue.

Thanks for the reply and help. I've 'permanently closed' and deleted the
old location and it's still saying duplicate. Is there anything else I can
do?

@Jaime F

I made few changes regarding the closed location.

Don't ask yet what I  did - but fingercrossing it helps

Do as advised below

Delete form your dashboard the listing about the new addres (frankly said: delete all stuff about the old and the new address from your dashboard)

Then - but not one minute  earlier - click

http://maps.google.com/?cid=16567989852585383560 and then left side the link

"claim this business"

to claim the listing for the new address

Good luck
