Duplicate Listing Problem[ Edited ]

I'm the account manager for VarcoMac Electrical Construction Co. Our company page is located here:
My company is a subcontractor, and therefore we have jobsites all around Maryland, DC, and Virginia. A few years ago somebody created a listing for my company and used the address of one of our many temporary jobsites. They named this location as "Varcomac Electrical & Construction" (not the correct name). Here is the page for that location:
I want this location removed. It's already listed as "closed", but the fact is that it should be neither closed nor open -- it just shouldn't exist at all. If every contractor added a new location for their business at every temporary jobsite they worked on, there would be billions of erroneous listings for businesses on Google Maps. My company alone would have close to 1,000 inaccurate listings.
I tried claiming this location so that I could remove it, but because the phone number is inactive and the address doesn't exist it can't ever be claimed. How can this location be removed completely?

Re: Duplicate Listing Problem
In this situation you will need to contact GMB support directly and ask them to remove the listing as it should never have existed.
