Duplicate Google+ pages, how do I delete one?

Hello. Our company has a verified Google+ page. Suddenly a new Google+ page with no picture or anything appeared with 1 Follower (but no idea who). I did not create this page, and the name of the company is not the name we normally use online. How do I delete this page? I cannot seem to access it from my Account Settings (or anywhere) - and when I login the only page that appears is the verified 1st page. It is very frustrating to not know where this second page came from, and not be able to delete it...  Thanks in advance to any advice anyone can provide!

Verified 1st page:

Mysterious 2nd page:

Hi Wendy
The second page is a different kind of page than the first, the verified one.  This second page is a social page in Google plus and does not interfere with the GMB listing in any way.
If you log into your dashboard (business.google.com), click your picture/logo, and then click the "Google+ Profile" link in blue, next to your picture, it may take you to that G+ page.  If it does, and you want to remove it, follow the instructions here: https://support.google.com/plus/answer/1044503.  Chances are it's a page that was created automatically by Google when Google Plus and Google My Business were parts of one system.
If it doesn't take you to that page, try other logins you may have.

Hi Wendy

After digging a little deeper with a colleague this morning, turns out it is an unverified business page, not a Google+ Profile page.  So you won't be able to action it using the the link above.
This you will need to contact support about, they can merge the unverified and the verified listing together for you.
