How can I dispute a review if we don't have record of that person staying in our hotel?

Hi Sebastioan

you could answer to the review giving the information to the public there
is no such guest recorded in your list of guests and therefore the review
is a fake reveiw.
Can and should flag it as inaproprite also

How can I remove a review when the customer said "if you don't give me 50% off I'm leaving the business a bad review"

 

he did this on both of my businesses
