Disassociating headquarters from retail locations for My Business listings

We have retail businesses in a few cities and also our HQ for our online store located in the same city as one of our stores. If on Google Search (not Maps) you search "Reading Glasses To Go Tulsa" or "Reading Glasses to Go Houston" our My Business listing shows up off to the right (on desktop) as expected but if you search "Reading Glasses To Go Dallas" instead of our retail location showing up off to the right column there is instead a Google Maps preview of the two locations. If I search a more specific location within Dallas like Reading Glasses To Go University Park the My Business listing does show up correctly.

Also note that our headquarters is for our online store and is titled "ReadingGlasses.com - Headquarters" I believe the issue is due to our having two businesses in Dallas similar to if I search Home Depot Dallas I don't get a My Business listing I just get a maps preview of all of their locations. How can I disassociate our headquarters from our retail stores so that when somebody search Reading Glasses To Go Dallas the correct listing shows up?

Here are some screen shots as to what I am referring to specifically -

Searching for University Park (works correctly)

Working correctly Tulsa

Searching for Dallas (incorrectly)

I don't understand why "Searching for Dallas (incorrectly)" is incorrect and why you call it "searching for Dallas" while oyu searched for Tulsa?

Stupid question perhaps.

But I'm sure oyu can enlighten me.

I'm not sure why getting the listing "ReadingGlasses.com - Headquarters" is to consider as incorrect as it matches the search query pretty good

"reading glasses" appears on your website www.readingglasses.com as well as your website www.readingglasses.comappears on all loactions.

Means there is a genuine relationship between the search string, the location for the headquarter and the locations for the customers.

The only option i could imagine to "fix your issue" (if there is an issue) would be tryng to get the headquarter considered a ineligible for a local page and so disappearing form search result.

Can try support o arrange this for you.

The best way to contact business support:

Global Phone Support Hours:
You can request in many (maybe not all though) countries a call back of experts of business support by phone. This should be possible on official working days and during their the day time only - try it from 9 or 10 AM until 5 or 6 PM

Thank you Helmut Geissler that would be great to get our Headquarters removed as a local page and thus disappearing from search! What did I need to do in order to receive support for this issue?

Thanks again!
