Deleting duplicate business page

Hi,

I have just received my verification for an old duplicate of our business (we moved and changed name in Feb this year). I want to delete this old page (as it comes up when I google Y Partners). However, it says "You'll no longer be able to manage this location, but it will still appear on Google." and "Yes, I understand that I will no longer manage the content for the Google Account Y Partners but that the associated business information may still appear on Google Maps, Google+ Local, Google Search, and elsewhere on Google."

I do not want this page to exist at all anymore. This is the one I want to be on Google, not this one. How can I fully delete this page? This has been a long task so far and just want the old listing completely deleted. Both listings have the correct information, except that the old listing isn't linked to our Google+ page, and doesn't have all our extra photos etc (the address and website details are slightly different as well).

I don't want to delete it and then find that it's still there and I can't manage it at all. This has been very frustrating.

Please help!

you can't request or can't your self getting deleted the "older" page being https://plus.google.com/107606068097858286246/

But you can contact business asking them to manage the older page as a duplicate of https://plus.google.com/+YPartnersAdelaide

The best way to contact business support:
contactflow & request a call back
https://goo.gl/5iDTCU
Talk to a specialist
https://goo.gl/ahhzl0
Global Phone Support Hours:
You can request in many (maybe not all though) countries a call back of experts of business support by phone. This should be possible on official working days and during their the day time only - try it from 9 or 10 AM until 5 or 6 PM

I am the current manager of the old listing. I don't really understand your response? If I mark it as a duplicate I want it removed from Maps etc too.

@Ashlee A

it's irrelevant wheter or not you are the owner or manager of the old listing.

Its as I said: you can't delete the old  listing

All you can do (to no benefit btw) is deleting it from your dashbaord.

But you cant delete it from Googles datarepository.

For business moved to an other address the best practice is to create for the new address a listing an verify it.

Supposed you will do this (or have done it already) then you can ask Google to redirect all search results still showing actually the old and outdated address to the new verified listing.
