Customer using blackmail tactics, (leaving false negative reviews), after losing credit card dispute

We have proof in the form of emails sent to us by the customer, stating they will remove the negative reviews if we pay them $800+. The customer started placing these reviews after they filed a credit card dispute, which they lost. What is the most effective way for us to resolve this issue?

We have had a similar problem - however simply a one star review from someone who has never travelled with us before/ nor have we ever heard of (we generally know each and every client we work with due to the long term relationship that comes with putting together travel plans). We reported the review as soon as we saw it however it has not yet been removed. how long will this take and is it likely the report will be approved?
