Customer review not on Google+ page

I have a problem with my google+ business account. A customer has posted a review about 2 weeks ago. I got an email notification that states that there is a review but i am not able to see it on my google page. It says that it needs to be approved but it has been two weeks and still, have not seen it on the google+ page. Please advise.

Hi Danielle

It sounds like Google has automatically filtered your customer's review rather than there being a problem with your account. Unfortunately there's no way of knowing exactly why the review was filtered but if it fell foul of Google's guidelines ( then that might be a reason.
