Correction about Permanently closed

I have searched the forum topics in the hopes to have a similar issue.  Nothing was particular enough to my question so I am reaching out.  I closed a brick and mortar store several years ago.  In an online search my business listing in maps shows up as permanently closed.....although technically that is true, the business still exists as an online store.  When you search for me:  www.justminiaturescale.com, the correct website comes up in the body of the search page; however, the maps search in the right hand column shows my old store front, address and information, with the warning the business is permanently closed.  It is very confusing to customers.  Any advice on how to fix this?

Hi @Judy M

The actual business page itself is now a Ghost Page :

Please can you contact business support to see if they will remove and also from maps

Tell them this was online only and should never have been in Maps

Ok, then I must have messed up along the way in setting up and deleting duplicate pages. This is the page I use in Google+ for my store. https://plus.google.com/u/0/b/112152490198704331334/+Justminiaturescaleminis (I see I added 'minis' at the end, probably because I didn't know how to use + correctly) So do I ask customer support to eliminate the ghost page and the map listing? I will now have to check and see if the page I am using is connected to my other google services. I am hoping by cleaning up errors like this make my store more acceptable with google search.

No

This is a Brand Page : https://plus.google.com/u/0/+Justminiaturescaleminis/about

It does not show in search or maps , only in the Google+ platform

Ok perfect. That is my store and all correct information. I will contact customer service regarding maps and that should clean up any confusing pages. You have been a great help answering my basic questions today! Thank you!
