Hello! I was directed here by Tamara after reaching out to the team on Twitter.

 

My client, DK Heating and Sons, Inc. is having trouble verifying their listing. After a bit of research, we figured out that the two DK Heating and Sons listings that are in their GMB account, are not the correct listing (by that I mean the current listing that is verified and displaying in search results). If possible, can someone please help me gain access of the correct, verified listing?

Hello GMB Team,

 

I have a client that has been receiving negative reviews for something they don't even do which is bringing down their rating. You can see the page here: https://www.google.com/search?q=wade+automotive+products&rflfq=1&rlha=0&rllag=40736062,-111903139,15...

 

Is there a way to remove the reviews since it isn't even part of their service?

I started a new business (restaurant) at a location that was previously a restaurant not owned by me. It’s been over a month trying to get my business open and published on google my business, but because there was previously a restaurant at the same location, we have had major issues... Google my business seems to think that my business is a duplicate of that old business. After a month of messing with it, I finally got verified and published. Now, reviews from the old business ( that wasn’t mine) are attached to my business. They need to be removed! Period! The Google my business team says they can’t.

Hi,

Hi

 

The ability to Post on the Facebook page dissapeared on Feb 6th for me, and someone posted the same here. The last post is for Feb 6th.

 

I can still comment on other posts.

 

The only option to send a Message and then get a bot does not work for my professional insights and reports of poor service experience like BeyondMenu ripping your GMB clients off.

Hi

 

Remove personal details or you will get SEO spam.

 

Remove the wrong entries from the GMB account.

 

Type in the right details and you will be given the option to claim the search result. If its in another email you will need to wait while google contact them to ask to transfer to you. You will get a hint of the email its in so you can recover it that way.

I'm having trouble with getting a response at @GoogleMyBiz regarding losing all of my reviews last week. I assume you guys are tremendously busy but is there something I can do to speed up the process? Thank you.
