Changing the search return image

Hi,

 

Please does anyone know how to Screen Shot 2016-02-08 at 17.11.20.pngchange the image coming back in the large right hand search return?

It seems that those images were added via the : Upload to Public

 

screencapture (19).png

 

Google uses these to randomise images about the business.

 

I would stop using this and rather add images either via a Post or Manage photo section.

@Michelle R Do you have access to the GMB dashboard? You can play around with the photos there to see if you can trigger a change. Specifically, selecting a different preferred photo.

You can also use the "feedback" link located in the bottom right hand corner of the box. I'm not 100% sure how effective that is, however.
