Changing Ownership Issues

When my colleague changed ownership to myself I received an email that says;

 

'Your access has changed'

'Colleagues name has name you the owner of business name'

'Get Started'

 

I click the button that says 'Get Started' and it sends me to a page that asks me to choose my account.

I choose my account and it sends me to a page that 404's

 

I am now owner but when I go to Google My Business it treats me like I don't have a Google My Business account.

 

My colleague can no longer change the details because they are not the owner anymore, it says I am.

 

Has anyone experienced this problem before or does anyone know a solution?

3. Current telephone number
4. Google+ URL

I have the sme issue but it was an old business partner who is no longer with the company.
