Hi Everyone,

I have just inherited an old Place for a business I am working with. They have setup the Business as a Local Place (i.e has an address, which happens to be the boss's residential address). The company are drainers so service an area through a mobile truck.

How can i change the current Place from a Local place to a Service area? Or do i need to remove the old page and start again?

I did try to start a new Service Area place, but when searching for my the business it said the page was already setup and didnt give me any other options.

The Page can be found here if it helps.

Domain name is www.millsdrainage.com.au

Thanks

since a service area business is also a local listing you can just apply https://support.google.com/business/answer/3038163?hl=en to define a service area arounf the actual address and you also can unselect  “I serve customers at my business address" in order to hide the address of business owners home address
