Hello, I need to reply review from Pavel Husak, When I write text as always and click on send button it looks like my answer was sent, but it wasnt.   Can you help me please?  I found a lot of threads with same trouble in here but there is no official recomandation how to fix it.   Thank you very much.

I can see you've responded to other reviews recently - is it just the one in particular today? As in, can you respond to any of the 4 or 5 star reviews?

Hi I have responded to one with one star, it was ok, than I would like to respond to the other one star review but it doesnt work. The other 4-5strs works. So just the one from Husak seems to doesnt work :(

clicking the link  ""Iva Bělíková" above her review  

it shows the reveiw whil clicking the link on top of the shown review from Iva.

Doing the same and clicking the link  "Pavel Husak" above his review it doesn't show his review anymore - but it should.

 

Guessing this bad behavior is somehow related to the fact you Marian cant respond on Pavels review.

 

@Margaret O will you escalate the issue to our communication manager or should I do so?

 

As a matter of curiosity dear Mariam and being myself a German:

Why on earth do you name your listin of the  restaurant  as "Restaurant Fischessen - U Sumečka" According your website it's just named as "U Sumečka".

Naming your listing as  "Restaurant Fischessen - U Sumečka" violates 

Guidelines for representing your business on Googl

 

I strongly recommend to rename the listing to just "U Sumečka" as soon as possible.

You can  and should add any of the specific categories available:

 

"Japonská rybí restaurace Angler" or  "Prodejna ryb s hranolky"

Dear Helmut, this is actually interesting story about the name. I havent created the name, I just find it(the cmapny at google) last year And because it is my company I asked google for it. We are super close to Austria and lot of peole in here are from Austria , So I guess that the name of the place in google was created by someone from austria if its possible, cause the german name... there is also just U Sumecka at the same adress but I have no idea how to connect the duplicity together, more pople are visiting the Austrian version but I would like use just the czech one.

So it would be nice if you can help me even with that, but I need to reply the review first ....... Thank you and sending greetings to Germany :)

since you were able to respond as owner to some of the reviews I suppose you are the owner of the listing  for your Restaurant.

This means also:  you manage it in your dashboard

 

Because of this you can very easy change the name in your dashboard

 

Just click the page and then "Edit" (likely this button is in German or Czech spelled)

You can also add then categories as suggested by me

I know That I can change the name, but than there will be two "pages" with same name or not? I already have just U Sumečka, but there is also the German version which is used more, If I just change the German name to U Sumečka than google is gonna connect the two U Sumečka somehow?

But you are right. There are indeed two restaurant listings:

 

one is with the category "Bistro" and it's called in GoogleMyBusiness as "Restaurant Fischessen - U Sumečka"  and this is the one I refer to as violating their Guidelines. Its GMaps link:

The other one is pretty good named as "U Sumečka

Now the one million dollar question:

Yes now Im managing both of them, I tryed to explain that but mabye my english is too freestyle for that. I havent created any of them but I foud both of them on google so I asked for them and now Im managing both of them.

I supposed you did manage both but want to get sure.

 

Now I strongly recommend to get bot listings merged or even better to get the one  with the bad name deleted as a duplicate.

Your best approach to get this done is contacting business support explaining then your mistake and aske them to 

either get bot listings merged or to get the one completely removed.

 

depending on your language skill you can try contacting English speaking experts of GoogleSupport or German speaking support guys.

Perhaps is there a Czech speaking support too but I have no experience with them

is to request a call back

I have made good experiences with the German speaking support 

In either of the three about links and under "What is the public URL for your business's page?" you need to enter an URL:

Enter the "good" listings URL as https://maps.google.cz/?cid=5709215311419420332

 

Use lateron the "bad listing's URL" https://maps.google.cz/?cid=8520469628772990714 to make clear this one is the one you ask for to get handled as duplicate.

Global Phone Support Hours:
You can request in many (maybe not all though) countries a call back of experts of business support by phone. This should be possible on official working days (Mo - Fr) and during their the day time only - try it from 9 or 10 AM until 5 or 6 PM Middle European Summer time

 

 

I can try to do the same for you on Monday.

But in this case I need to know from you the email address you are using to signe into your  dashboard (no password - just the email addres you are using to sign in)
