We have a number of quarries that manufacture sand and stone. It is on a mining site so no access to physical mail. Why can I not verify via email?

Google needs to have a certain level of trust in a listing and email does not provide that. You need to request the postcard and wait at least two weeks and when it hasn't come, you need to contact support and they will assist you with getting verified.

To contact support:

1- log into your Google my business dashboard http://www.google.com/mybusiness
2- select support from upper left hamburger menu
3- a help screen will appear to the right
4- scroll down to contact us
5- choose most appropriate contact method for you (some are not always available)

That being said I would ask if the quarries meet Google's requirement for a business listing?

A- Do they have phones that go directly to the quarry and is answered directly?

B- Do they accept "walk in" or "drive in" customers?
