Cannot verify address, guests being lead to incorrect location

I am the Park Specialist for Independence Mine State Historical Park

(IMSHP, 23264 N. Gold Cord rd. Palmer AK, 99645)

Google has our address set as 7278 E. Bogard Rd. Wasilla AK, 99654 which is the Matsu Parks headquarters and about 1/2 hr away from Independence Mine. We have multiple guests per day taken to our headquarters when they are trying to reach the Mine.

I have tried to change the address to our correct address, but the only option I am given is to have a postcard sent to 23264 N. Gold Cord, which would work except that that is not a mailing address, it is simply the physical location of the Mine. Is there another method by which I can verify that 23264 N. Gold Cord rd. Palmer AK, 99645 is the correct address? I have been trying to get this done for a while with no success and would really appreciate some assistance.

Cheers,

Hobbes Barber

I would have a call with Google about this.
They are available during normal business hours on weekdays. Please try this avenue and see if they can resolve your issue.

If they cannot, please come back to this thread with a case ID and we can escalate the issue from there.

Do any visitors actually go to HQ? If not I would remove its GmB entry. You should then use a Google+ Brand page for informational Posts.

I filled out the "form" for the call with google link you posted yesterday, hopefully they'll call me today? If not, is there just a number I can call? Because of where I work using social media and internet connections can be... frustrating.

Also Andrew,

Guests do come to headquarters as well. Google has the headquarters address correct when you google map it, but it also lists IMSHP under the same address which is incorrect.

When you say 'Guests' go to the headquarters are they walk in visitors during stated opening hours?

As long as each GmB has a different phone no you can have 2.

For the actual visitor experience request the post card. After a few days request a phone verification. If you fail to receive a call reach out on social media saying you have poor phone reception at the location.

Thanks, I'll try the social media approach.

Headquarters and Independence Mine are two different locations that provide
very different services and have different open hours and locations. Guests
come to Headquarters during HQ's open hours for things such as permits,
annual passes and basic information about the Matsu area parks. The Mine is
an interpretive park where guests come to learn about hardrock mining and
Alaskan history.

We do have two different phone numbers, but I've been unable to select a
"verify by phone" option, only the postcard option which won't work because
the Mine's physical address is not tied to a mailbox, anything sent to the
Mine would be returned to sender.
