Cannot change business hours

We moved our office, which wasn't a problem changing the address - however when I go to change hours and hit SUBMIT, it keeps putting "Please enter a valid time" for example "2:45 PM" next to EVERY hour change I do.  I have tried it with caps, without caps, and specifically using the google menu to select the hours.  None of it works, please help!

It looks to me like you have attempted to add a second set of hours to each day instead of changing the hours. what happens if you just go through and select the X for the second line on each?

 

To change the hours don't select ADD, just drop your cursor into the actual hour and change them.

I am having the same problem, but I did not try to add hours. I just changed them directly in the fields, using the dropdown menu to select the correct hour. And this is what I keep seeing. Do you have any idea what's happening?
