If it has been a long time and you still haven't received your postcard, you can request a new postcard be sent by going here and following the instructions.
Keep in mind that when you request a new postcard the verification code on any previous postcard will no longer be valid, so I wouldn't do this until it has either been 30 days, you are absolutely sure there isn't a reason for the delay, or you know for certain that the original postcard is lost for good.
If you have done this a few times and are still having issues, you would need to contact support for further assistance.
