Can't respond to reviews

Tyler, here.  I am new to this community and hoping that someone can help me.

 

I cannot respond to a review for my company. I have been trying for three weeks now, and when I hit "Submit," all that shows up is a "Sending Request..." message at the top of the screen. But the response never shows up. I have also flagged two reviews as inappropriate, but haven't heard anything back.

I suppose you are the owner of the listing in question rather then a manager only - are you?

 

To investigate how you did try achieving to post a response:

Can you provide screenshots from the start step on your dashboard until you hit  "Submit," all that shows up is a "Sending Request..." message at the top of the screen

I am not the owner of this business.  I am the office manager and the owner has asked me to post on this forum to see if we can get this issue resolved.

 

I have attached the screen shots...Hope it helps!1- Google + page.png2- Google +, scrolled down to reviews.png3- Google +, scrolled down to reviews, review inserted.png4- Google +, scrolled down to reviews, review inserted, Submit pushed.png

 

Then the last screen never changes, and the response never comes up.

 

Thank you for helping!  I am at a loss.

this isn't the view to "manage reviews" (the feature including the option to respond on gotten reviews)

You have to aplly the steps described in here:
