Can't respond to reviews

My Google+ page seems to be experiencing this same issue. It started last Wednesday, June 29. I have tried to respond to a review each day, and it always says "Sending response..." and then when I refresh the page, it's gone.

 

I have been trying to respond to Christopher Hlywa's review with "Christopher- We're happy we were able to assist you with your needs. Let us know if you need our services in the future."

at first thanks for starting a new thread as I aske for and advised how to do.

I meanwhile took a look onto your page and to the review Christopher Hlywa posted for your business.

Its really strange:

Despite of the review is listed and public it isn't listed on the G+ Profile of  Christopher Hlywa but it should be visible for me on his profile

I'm not sure about this discrepancy yet.

But I would like to make a test  (of course only in case you agree with my me):

 

Let check the issue happens for you same manner in case I myself would post a review on your page.

@Helmut Geissler,

I also tried responding to another review left by Julia Podpora and had the same issue - it doesn't go through and the review is not listed on her G+ profile.

Looking at past reviews that I have responded to, they also are not visible on their G+ pages for some people.

If you do leave a test review, is there a way to delete it when we're done testing it?

Sorry for the delay Ethan Allen,

Usually any reviews I made for testing purposes I can delete.
But I have no experience what will happen if you are able to respond as owner to such a test review of mine

it should be possible to respond via your dashboard (
business.google.com/manage - while in edit mode of your page)

I am in edit mode. If you look at Christopher's review, the respond button is there, but not on yours.

You made a good job taking and providing this screenshot.

 

Please don't touch the two reviews (mine and Christophers) in your dashboard so the status kept unchanged until Google investigated more.

 

Before escalating the entire thread and your "can't respond" issue to Google I need to get clarification

do you manage your  dashboard and the business listing in question  with the same account as in this forum?

 

If not:

I then need the email address of any other account used to manage "Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions"
