Can't get business listed on the location thingy??

I've just spent hours trying to figure out how to get my site to come up using the map location when doing a search in my area. I've verified my site, sent in a sitemap, made a Google+ page, optimized my SEO, but when it tells me to enter the address of my company it will only give me the fields for email and phone number. What am I doing wrong? Any help is great appreciated.

Your page is what Google calls a brand page.

You can Connect such  a page to Google Maps. describes the "how to do"

But you are eligible for a local page only in case you have a face to face contatc to your customers / clients
