Can't delete "3-star Hotel" from google search.

I've been searching through the settings to try to delete the part where it states the hotel as a "3-star hotel" as we would like the reviews and the star rating that comes with them to be our only rating.

This is the google result that shows the rating I am speaking of.

Please, can you direct me to a setting that can remove this?

Thank you very much in advanced,

Hi @Philip W

In short, You Cant.

This is extracted by Google from information found on the web, for example the OTA's all list you as 3 star and that is how Google is displaying it.

As a hotel in the UK, your Google infobox star rating comes from the Automobile Association. All UK hotels with any AA rating has it appear as part of their info (other countries have different sources for these star ratings - some are aggregates, some are official singe-sourced ). When your AA rating changes here ( it should update in the info box on Google. If your Star Rating as displayed in the info box does not match the AA rating, you can message the AA for additional assistance.
