Business title changed to Chinese/Japanese and redirects customers

When you google our business the title bar has changed to Chinese/Japanese and when you click on the translate button it redirects the site.  This happened over the last week and we have received several emails on our Facebook page telling us to click on other links to fix the problem.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Rebecca,

Please don't follow Kenneth's advice - deleting your website is not the solution here.

It looks like there is some type of cloaking going on here that is serving a different page to the Google Bot than what is being served to viewers: http://www.whitefirdesign.com/tools/check-if-a-web-page-is-cloaked-to-googlebot.html?address=www.equ...

I would suggest you post your question over at the Webmaster Central forum: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/webmasters

This issue is related to your site, not Google My Business.

Best of luck!

Hey Rebecca,

I'm not sure if you have the right forum but can you provide the URL to your website and clarify what you typed into Google to get this?

You will have to delete the page and then create it again.

Hey @Rebecca W

I'm not sure @Kenneth Tan P gave the correct answer (it seems at least incorrect if he refers to your verified G+ page plus.google.com/+EquathonNoosaNorthShore/about) as this page looks pretty normal.

I agree there could be some Chinese / Japanese stuff on your website but I did not find it.

So the advice   @Kenneth Tan P  gave  should be bit more explained IMHO

I however found this strange things:

Searching for the Asian stuff "ロレックススーパーコピー大人気を海外激安通販専門店" on Google I found  plenty of results and one strange one is from a page www.bsenior.com/brand-copy-IP-13.html

See below

Means IMHO

perhaps your website is hacked from a Asian hacker

seconding Joys advice.

I was answering the (almost) same or similar as Joy told you an hour ago - but somehow due to the forum my reply here got lost.

Nevertheless repeating what I figured out earlier.

Apply a search for this Asian stuff ロレックススーパーコピー大人気を海外激安通販専門店

You will get lots of results and one of it ist based on your website and an other one on  "www.bsenior.com/brand-copy-IP-13.html"

So it seems to me your webite is somehow hacked by whom ever.

The advice to didcuss this with the webmaster experts is the best you can do.

Regards

ehg

btw the Asian stuff ロレックススーパーコピー大人気を海外激安通販専門店 is translated to "Rolex Super copy popular overseas discount mail order specialty store" - obviously some hacking is going on with your website

Thank you Helmut. I appreciate the feedback. We have been hacked but our webhost is denying any responsibility or ability to fix it. Unfortunately, I can only muddle through WordPress at best. It is a difficult situation and very frustrating. I am glad there are people like you out there to offer help and support.

Hi Joy,
Thank you so much for your help. Deleting our website sounded horrible. Unfortunately our webhost doesn't believe it has anything to do with our website at all. I am a complete novice when it comes to code so we are currently stuck. It is upsetting and frustrating. I am so grateful for your response and help with the issue. It offers some light at the end of the tunnel. I will try the other forum you recommended.
