Business name change resulted in all positive reviews being lost
We manage a listing for a client who recently changed their company name (the core name is the same, but they registered as a limited company).
When we updated their maps listing accordingly, they lost all but one of their reviews. These reviews were all positive and genuine. However, one review was left, an unfair negative review from a disgruntled former client with a grudge.
How do I either recover these lost positive reviews or remove this one unfair negative review? Frankly this is upsetting our client, who are now losing business due to this negative review. I have flagged it as inappropriate, but nothing has happened.
