Business moved, but address did not change

Hi, I am an Office Assistant at a law firm. I am having some trouble with the business appearing on Google Search results. When I type in the name (Melick and Porter) it brings up the old address of the business.

https://www.google.com/#q=melick+and+porter

I reported this as being incorrect, and suggested an edit. Now, the business is listed as permanently closed at that address- which is true, but it's still open in the new one. I have suggested multiple edits but this does not seem to change anything. It's been over a week now and I would really appreciate it if I could get some help or someone could steer me in the right direction. It seems as though trying to get a hold of some type of Google Support over the phone is near impossible. It is very important that people know that it is, in fact, NOT closed. If I type in "Melick & Porter", the correct address comes up. But if i type in "Melick and Porter" the old, incorrect address comes up.

http://www.melicklaw.com/

This is the business URL. The correct address is

1 Liberty Square, Suite 7

Boston, MA 02109

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

You can contact Google support and indicate that the old listing has "moved" to the new listing. That will remove the old page from the search results.

I couldn't seem to find a way to contact Google support in the article. I think that's probably the biggest part of the battle at the moment. Do you happen to know how I would do so?

Thanks for the response!
