Business listing suspended

I recently setup GMB on behalf of my client, but it has been suspended and I'm not sure why.

The Google+ page is no longer active either.

Can anyone help?

Here is the suspended Google+ page URL:
https://plus.google.com/b/111984705514269394646/+Horshamservices

I have posted two blog posts there. Both were informative pieces targeted towards our clients, so I am not sure why they would have been deemed against the rules.

Thanks

From the website http://www.horshamservices.com/ it doesn't seem the business is driectly serviceing customers but you are "specialised in working with clients on all kinds of projects such as new bathrooms, repairing or replacing heating systems, or even building a loft extension."

Who are your customers?
Are this people needing a plumber, carpenter or electrician or are you a kind of "agency" to provide services of Plumbers, carpoenters or electricians to folks need their skill and time.
And have you already filed an appeal?

The best thing to do would be to file an appeal to our team to request that your listing be reinstated. This will connect you directly with the team who can lift your suspension. file an appeal: https://support.google.com/business/troubleshooter/2690129?p=reinstatement_request&rd=1

Yes, the company directly services clients looking for plumbing, carpentry or electrical needs.
I did file an appeal and it was rejected, citing "spammy behavior" but no detail as to what was determined to be spammy. I will try replying to their message and ask for more clarity of where I am going wrong.
