Business listing suspended

My company name is

Owasso Overhead Door
I have a business listing and it's suspended.

My business is marked as a service area business as required. The state of Oklahoma does not require from the garage door contractors to have business license but I can upload a photo from my insurance policy. Can it be accepted as a proof of existence?

I honestly don't understand the issue.

Owasso Overhead Door
17204 E 116th St N, Owasso, OK, 74055
(918) 633-5183
Listing on google: https://goo.gl/mfK5Bo
This is my insurance policy: https://goo.gl/r7Dnuy

Hi @Shawn C

I would try claiming the listing in a different Google account. I don't think they're questioning the existence of the business. If they were then the listing would have been removed from maps altogether. There is likely something on your suspended page or in your account that is the cause of the suspension.

Hi @Shawn C

Sure. Did you copy/paste your post from another garage door company that was having issues and then just swap out the details of the business to yours? It's fine if you did but I wanted to make sure that this part of it is accurate for you: "My business is marked as a service area business as required."

Can you confirm that you have it set as a service-area business?

And that the box that says: "I also serve customers at my business address. (Your address will be hidden from the public if this box isn't checked.)" is unchecked?

Hi @TomW

Thank you for your reply. I checked how the other users are presenting their issues but this post is written by me. The address is hidden - please refer to the attached screenshot.

Hi @Shawn C

I would recommend giving support a shot. I'm not seeing an issue so maybe they would be able to reinstate it. You can request a call from support (when available) by filling out this form.

You can also contact support from within your Google My Business dashboard if you click on the three horizontal line menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen and select "Support". A menu will then drop down on the right side of the screen and there will be options listed under "Contact Us".

If you don't have any luck with support I would then recommend filing for reinstatement by filling out this form.

Good luck and let me know how it goes.

Hi @TomW

The reason that I reached this forum is that I've already sent a reinstatement request to google and they denied with no obvious reason. The ID of the case is [4-8624000016529]
