Hello!

We have a game farm in South-Africa which I would like to list on Google Maps. The farm doesn't have a street address because it's located in a rural area.  Mail relating to the farm is addressed to our postal box or our physical address in town.

Originally, I used the marker to set the location on Google Maps. When I tried verifying the listing, I received a message that a post card would be sent to the address marked on the map to verify its location. Based on the actual location of the farm, Google created a delivery address with an "unidentified" street name and number.  No post card would ever reach the farm because its physical location does not represent a postal delivery address at all

I didn't know whom to contact at Google and decided to address the issue by having the post card sent to my physical address in town.  I received the post card this morning and entered the code to finalize the verification.  In order to create the correct map to the farm, however, I subsequently changed the business address to reflect the physical location of the farm.  I then received a message that Google suspended my listing due to quality issues.

I will appreciate it if somebody could assist me to add the physical location of the farm on Google Maps. I really need the farm to be visible on Google Maps since we are expecting some tourists during the course of 2017.

Details of the farm are as follows:

Brakbult Game Farm

Thabazimbi District

Mobile number: 079 515 8819

https://www.facebook.com/brakbult

I trust that you will be able to help me.

Have a most enjoyable day!

Usually the procedure is to create the listing with the ACTUAL physical address (so that Google can provide accurate driving directions), request the postcard at that address and when it doesn't come contact support.

At this point it is probably best just to contact support.

Google has changed (actually hidden) their support options.

To get in touch with Google My Business Support you need to:
1- log into your Google my business dashboard http://www.google.com/mybusiness
2- select support from upper left hamburger menu
3- a help screen will appear to the right
4- It used to be just a scroll down to contact us under Contact Us
5- Scroll down and select Need More Help
6- Select the specific problem - in your case Verification
7- Select I requested a postcard more than 14 days ago
8- Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose most appropriate contact method for you (some are not always available)
