My business is seasonal and we don't receive mails at our address. In addition, we are not regularly there to take a phone call. Can we request email verification?

@Rob M bottom line is that you need to request the verification post card at the actual address and when it doesn't show up AFTER 2 weeks, contact Google Support
1 In the top left of the Manage Location view inside of the Google my business dashboard, select last menu item: support.
2 Help will appear to the right, scoll down.
3 Select Contact via the most relevant choice and proceed.
As for the seasonality, when you are closed for the season remove your hours from the Google My Business dashboard and add them back next year when you open.
