Business Listing Suddenly in wrong location

There are two separate businesses, All Star Bail Bond and Magic Bail Bond. Suddenly Google is considering All Star in Orlando to be in Seminole County where Magic Bail Bond is. When you Google "Seminole County Bail Bonds" instead of Magic coming up #1 sometimes All Star will instead.

Company 1

1. All Star Bail Bond

2. 3708 S John Young Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32839

3. (407) 423-7827

4. Google Maps URL

5. www.allstarbailbond.com

Company 2

1. Magic Bail Bond

2. 1610 Tropic Park Dr, Sanford, FL 32773

3. (407) 322-0000

4. Google Maps URL

5. www.magicbailbond.com

The strangest part is this:

On July 27th, there was a sudden spike of listings on maps. On the 28th we went from being listed on maps for 30 listings to 207+. The next day All Star Bail Bond disappears for all regular search queries "orlando bail bonds, orlando bail bond, etc" While simultaneously the SEO takes a nose-dive with no penalties, dropped links or anything.

What I suspect is happening is Google is confused with the site identity and is confusing the locations. However, there is no clear way of reversing this mix up. We'll be running some NAP fixes on All Star but we're wondering if anyone has experienced this buggy behavior? It's very out the blue.

FYI, nothing has been changed on any of the sites.
