Bad Review from Someone who isn't a customer
Hello, our business recently received a bad review from someone who isn't a customer. He told a long narrative about his negative experience with us, which is frustrating because we have never had him as a client. I reported the review as "off topic," because technically he wasn't violent/inappropriate and it wasn't a conflict of interest. I know that google does not like to get involved when it comes to "facts," but is there something else I can do to further explain to them that this person isn't even a client?
