App does not see my business when using the correct email address

As the title states. I am on Android with all latest updates and firmware. When I start the app, the email address that I use for everything Google related returns a message stating that no business accounts are managed with it. This has been the case since I tried the app months ago.  I have no idea where to ask about this this or solve it.

Can you make a screenshot? What you wrote to me does not seem to me why there should be no place in the app.

Well if you read my first post you would know that the account that has my business is the one I am trying to use here and it's telling me there is no business on it. Which isn't true. It's the only email address/account I use.

Yeah desktop website is fine.  I even just added a second location. It's very strange.

So I've discovered that on the main account page where you pick the business you want to manage, it still lists the business as "unverified" even though it is very clearly verified and working when you go to manage it.  unverified.png

Months later and the business app is still broken for me. My Gmail used to log in and manage my business does not work in the app, telling me there is no business on that account. This is a huge bug and needs to be addressed. Google has no official help line and this is absurd. I'm so lost.
