All review missing.

I have two locations for Simple Joys, one in Seattle, one in Shoreline.  The Seattle one needed to be verified, but sat unverified for some time as I was traveling and running my business remotely, so couldn't verify the business.  When I did just verify the business all my reviews disappeared.  I went through all the answer on the subject and couldn't figure out why all of them would go missing.  I do have a descriptor in my name, as I have always used, especially since their is no categories for most of what my business does, but the other locations has the same name and still has all it's reviews.

Thanks for any help, Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,

Not sure about the reviews but I do think your business name would be considered keyword spam by Google.

"I do have a descriptor in my name, as I have always used,"

Google looks for EXACT matches of your business name from around the web. As you can see there are none online. that Google can find. (And she usually finds everything!)

Not saying the keyword stuffed name is the reason for the missing reviews. (Did not have time to look at that part.) But sometimes when you make up a name with added descriptors - there is already a listing Google made with the real name so there's a chance that if there is a dupe, that's where reviews went.
