Adding a Business as a Service Area Business

We are trying to help a moving company get listed for their service area, but they have no storefront/office location for people to go to.

I was just curious if there any drawbacks to having a service area only business? Do they not list as well as say someone that has an office/storefront?

In this case you should use the home address of the business owner (or the address from the business license) as the address,

Ther are no real drawbacks, you are just hiding the physical address.
