RT Mechanics

Hi I tried making changes to our business name to include location names that we cover (in the hope that people for areas that we service would be able to find us there, and not just specified for our business address)

As soon as I did this change, our account was suspended. We got an email from google stating that we had made edits, but nothing stating that our account had been suspended.

I don't know who to contact to rectify this - I removed all the changes that I had made but unfortunately the suspension is still there. Have searched through all the help articles but getting nowhere - HELP!!

You tried adding location names to your business name? That would be why you got suspended. You can't keyword stuff your business name. It looks like it already had keywords in it even before you tried to make that last edit. Your company name should just be "RT Mechanics" but it appears you had it as "RT Mechanics, VOLVO, BMW, MINI, VW & AUDI SPECIALISTS"

This was already against the guidelines since you added car makes, and you used fully capitalized words, which are also not permitted.

Please refer to the guidelines, under "Business information" and "Name":

What you should do:

Change your name on your listing to RT Mechanics
