Hello,
I am trying to access my business Google listing in order to update its information but for some reason, I cannot seem to access it. The listing is here:

Can you please advise how I can update this info asap as my clients are going to the wrong location.

as already explained to you in your thread of the G+ community

 

You seem talking about this verified business page for an outdated location 170 Boulevard Taschereau La Prairie, QC J5R 1S8

 

You however moved your business to an other location according this link

It doesn't matter the latter  link is about a club called "Club Proform Brossard":

Your actual address for the "Danse 90 Degree" is "8025 Boulevard Taschereau, Brossard, QC J4Y 1A4"

 

Am I right so far?

 

Supposed my summaries of the facts are ok.

 

Now you seem trying to get access to the outdated page https://plus.google.com/+Danse90degrees/ in order to update its address.

But just this is impossible and will not work unless you are already the page owner of https://plus.google.com/+Danse90degrees/ in any of your Google accounts.

But guessing you are not.

Ok so far:

 

What are then the next possible steps to get this mess with the outdated page sorted out?

 

1#  report the listing at https://goo.gl/maps/Bb4eQXGqZNL2  via its left side link "suggest an edit" closed ("moved elsewhere")

2# withdraw your edit "Danse 90 Degree" in MapMaker regarding this address as it wont work since the listing is a verified listing (it's under GoogleModeration)

3# create for your business at its new address ("8025 Boulevard Taschereau, Brossard, QC J4Y 1A4") a new ,listing through "GoogleMyBusiness" and verify it.

Once all three steps are done we can get one more step to redirect any searches to the old address to the new address.

Thank you for the steps in assisting me. However, I am the owner of f https://plus.google.com/+Danse90degrees/
However I don't know how to access it because as I mentioned originally, the login is the same as the newest account I just created!
So how do I access it??!!

I doubt the login is the same as for the new page (otherwise you would be able to manage it via your known actual dashboard).

But in case you are right and the login is really the same as for the new page  you should be able to get your older page accessible through this link https://business.google.com/manage

 

In the dashboard you should have been listed then both pages (and the "older" addressed page under "LOCATIONS")

Hi Helmut,

I went to the links you suggested and did not see any previous locations,
so I really don't understand or know how I can access my google business
page.
Is there not a way for me to speak to a customer service rep at Google to
access my account through security verification and creset the login and
password?!

Hi again,

I actually just found an email from 2014 proving that it was the exact same
GMAIL address: <edited by a Community Manager as noted below>, but a different password. But now
with this same email address, I was able to recreate a whole new page..!

As stated in my posting, the issue is not the address. I got that rectified. The issue is as mentioned plus I attached a picture to show what it is I was referring to.

I appreciate your suggestions. but it is not relevant to my issue
