2 Locations - Wants Different Address in Graph

Hi All,

Ok, so I have a client that wants a different address to display when they search for his personal name.

Sean Stanfield Realtor Click for the search result as it is now. All they really care about, is if someone searches for his name that the Newport Beach address display in the knowledge graph.

They currently have a popular G+ page for a Huntington Beach Office but would like to have a Newport Beach address displayed in the knowledge graph.

I am recommending that they create a new G+ Local page for the Newport Beach office.

The also want to use the same website for the new G+ page.

The goal being, that if a person is local to Huntington Beach they get the results for that office, or if they are in Newport Beach that see the NB office address.

So my question is two part:

1. Am I correct in my direction, creating a new G+ local page for the different address - Or should I just change the address of the original G+ page?

2. If I do create the new page, would the Knowledge Graph update depending on where people are searching from?

Thank you in advance!

#1 Yes
#2 it should happen that way - but Googles ranking algos are a mistery
