Search term subscriptions

What are "search term subscriptions"?

Search term subscriptions is a forum feature that will allow you to receive an email notifications for a particular searched term. Currently, you could subscribe to a discussion forum or a discussion thread. The search terms subscription allows you to subscribe to any terms within the whole forum property.

Where do I find this feature?

Click on the wheel symbol under your profile image (My Community Settings) and navigate to your Subscriptions & Bookmarks and click on Search

How does this feature work?

When you click on Search for the first time, you will see a blank query box. In the query box you can include one search term or combination of terms per a line. The searches will be triggered only for those terms that you include in the search query box. The terms will not behave as the broad match type that you might know from AdWords.

How do I deactive email notifications?

If you don't wish to receive any email notification on the saved search terms, simply clear all the saved terms.

Note: You will not receive notifications for saved terms in your posts.
