One of my new year resolutions for 2017 includes message extension implementation. I plan to add this to my AdWords accounts where call and messages are an essential way of connecting customers with the business. Users just need to tap on the message extension and can reach the client by sending an SMS right away. It is very useful for niche markets where calls and messages are important.
Advertisers can also write pre-written text which will populate on the user's mobile once the user clicks on the message extension. Cost of message extension is calculated similar to click on ad. It's a great mobile extension which helps improve the CTR of campaigns.
