This first series was aimed at brand new users, as well as regulars who might have needed a refresh on the basics. We covered a bunch of topics, from the benefits of using Google My Business (besides that it’s free and easy!), to everything you need to know about getting started, including the processes of how to create a business page, or request ownership of an existing business location. We also looked at who actually uses Google My Business, from storefront locations to individual practitioners.
We shared how important it is to keep core business information up to date – so you can thrill customers with your mind-blowing cocktail list, or just tell them your services are available on public holidays.
We also wanted to provide a helping hand when dealing with any problems that pop up while using Google My Business, such as hassles when logging in, and dealing with ownership issues.
