Did you know? We're launching a bunch of Go-To Guides that should help answer some of the questions you may have. Learn more about the Go-To Guides here

 

This first series was aimed at brand new users, as well as regulars who might have needed a refresh on the basics. We covered a bunch of topics, from the benefits of using Google My Business (besides that it’s free and easy!), to everything you need to know about getting started, including the processes of how to create a business page, or request ownership of an existing business location. We also looked at who actually uses Google My Business, from storefront locations to individual practitioners.

 

Once onboard, there are several ways for a new user to get verified, and we covered them all, including video verification.  

 

We shared how important it is to keep core business information up to date – so you can thrill customers with your mind-blowing cocktail list, or just tell them your services are available on public holidays.

 

We also wanted to provide a helping hand when dealing with any problems that pop up while using Google My Business, such as hassles when logging in, and dealing with ownership issues

Where can I go to contact my rep? I realize this is not the right place, but perhaps you can connect me with the right person. I cannot find anyone to help me but $200 just continues being charged. I have been unable to contact my rep. Somebody help. Thank you!

Hi Marissa

 

Im not sure if ive gone to the right place for reporting inappropriate reviews. I followed the links to reporting inappropriate reviews, but there isnt any coments section for me to advise the situation. After having been under attack from a very vendictive competitor, we are very protective of our google reviews, and have one person reviewing us twice because she didnt like our response to her false accusations in her first false review.  Is this allowed?

 

Hope you can direct me to who we can discuss this with.

I've tried everything to delete a photo that I uploaded as the profile on my business page. How do I now remove it? Thanks!

Hi Nick: I apologize for the delay in responding. I couldn’t find this question in the Google Go-To-Guides to answer so I finally decided to reply! I’m certainly not a Google My Business expert but when I want to change my profile, I go to Google My Business, click on the profile picture or any picture I’m trying to change and it opens up in Google Photos. To delete, there is a small trash can to click on in the top right hand corner. Click that, it asks if you want to delete and that’s it. It seems to work best in the Chrome browser. I’ve changed my profile photo several times over the course of time. I hope that helps.

how can i change the hour labor in mi business?, i cant do it in fraiday and saturday we  open at 8am and close kitchen at 1am the system wont let me do it to put that hour
