30 AdWords Tips in 30 Days - Day #5 - Use AdWords Editor
Working with hundreds, or thousands, of Keywords through the AdWords User Interface can sometimes be a laborious, time consuming process. Save time and complete tasks quicker with Google AdWords Editor.
Tip #5 - Use Google AdWords Editor
The Google AdWords Editor is a free tool that advertisers can download and use to view performance, and make changes to their AdWords Accounts. After downloading AdWords Editor and their Accounts, advertisers can, among other things, effortlessly make changes, at scale, to their AdWords Campaigns. Although the AdWords User Interface allows some bulk editing features, I typically find that bulk uploads and edits are easier using the AdWords Editor.
Among other things, some of the biggest benefits that AdWords Editor provides advertisers with are:
- View Performance Data
- Import and Export via spreadsheets
- Make advanced Bid changes
- Find and Replace
- Copy or Move Keywords, Ads, Ad Groups, etc.
- Filter data view
- Find duplicate Keywords
- Add/edit single or multiple Keywords, Ads/Extensions, Ad Groups/Campaigns
