Problem when trying to use Google Analytics

Hi everyone,

About Google Analytics, I was learning from the Google online course and it has some exercises.

1. One is to Create a goal in the “Master Profile” for the website. But when I try to set up the goal, I can't select any of the options (No response when I click any of them), what should I do?

2. The course also tells to create 3 views for each property, but I got the message and says some are redundant and asks me to delete it.

Could anybody help, thank you very much!!

There is a problem with the goals setup section in some versions of Internet Explorer. Please try using another browser and check if you are able to create goals. You are getting the redundant views message because you have similar or identical filters (or no filters) set up in all views. Let me know if you have more questions.

@Arnold M has provided excellent help.

I always use Google Chrome for any/all Google services to prevent such issues. I have helped countless others with odd issues and they are always using some other web browser.

Have a great Monday and be Google great!
