New Partner listing problem

In the newly designed partner gallery/listings (https://www.google.com/analytics/partners/search/apps), I have a client that wanted to leave a comment, but they stated that before they log in , they see a note to 'sign in to leave a comment or report spam', but when they log in, that note disappears and there is no link or ability to leave a comment.  Is this a bug or a 'feature' triggered by something about their account?  [I cannot reproduce]

Hi @Mike S,

 

I have tried to reproduce the issue and cannot. That leaves me to believe it is an issue with his account. Maybe he is not logging in with a Google Account? Also, make sure they understand that when they log in, the lay out changes and they have to click on the business and scroll down the page to the bottom of the business listing where the reviews start... which is where they would leave the review.
