Inaccurate Shopping Ads
I was searching for a telephoto lens for my Nikon today and one of the Google Shopping ad entries was much less price wise than the others (Sierra Components) so I clicked on it and it had nothing to do with camera lenses. Does this happen often or is this something advertisers do to try to get more views?

the aclk ad-click may be reported to google --
the google-shopping compare-prices groupings are generated automatically by
google based mainly on the global-trade-data that are submitted by merchants --
submitting invalid global-trade-data is the most likely root-cause of the issue.
google is unlikely to report, within the forums,
the exact extent to which such issues occur
or do not occur.
