Hello,

It really depends upon many factors why an ad is not showing on mobile devices. Did you run the Ad Preview and Diagnosis to find out the reason behind this? https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6055751?rd=1

See below screenshot:-

Also, can you tell us how have you structured your campaign like are you running some dedicated mobile campaign by doing device bid adjustment etc...

Hi Provare,

Just to add to Pankaj's already awesome advice - keep in mind that for mobile search you need to be in the top two positions, whereas on desktop you can receive impressions in much lower positions. I'm not sure of the campaign type(s) you are running but if you are running display, you should make sure you are using creative sizes appropriate for mobile.

In addition to checking your ad diagnostics, as Pankaj suggested, it would be good to ensure you have mobile specific ads (for display and search). Keep in mind description line 2 may not always show, so your CTA & important info should be in line 1. See more about mobile ads here: http://adwords.blogspot.com/2014/09/making-every-character-count.html?m=1

Sitelinks are important, too, as they can affect rank. I highly suggest using mobile specific site links. See more about the importance of sitelinks, here: http://adwords.blogspot.com/2014/01/better-ads-via-better-sitelinks.html?m=1

Hope this helps!
